I completely agree with this concept—planning your day the night before is a game-changer. Personally, I make it a non-negotiable habit. Each night, I spend about 15 minutes reviewing my tasks, prioritizing what needs to be done, and setting clear goals for the next day.

When coaching my students and startup companies, I emphasize the power of this practice. I encourage them to create a simple yet effective evening routine—reviewing their to-do list, organizing their workspace, and visualizing their top three priorities for the next day. It’s amazing to see the difference it makes in productivity and motivation when they walk into their day already knowing what to tackle. Planning the night before really sets the tone for a productive and successful day ahead.
