Planning is always smart, especially if you preempt the week with a good planning session and update it throughout the day. Not sure about the 3-3-3 method. Sounds good on paper, though.
I love the idea you cited from Ashley Whillans, time confetti. I have experienced this first hand and it has been incredible how my experience of time has shifted since getting off social apps and setting a goal to give up YouTube this year. My evenings have felt longer and I am gardening and reading much more consistently. Great article and some ideas I will be thinking about for the pre-bed routine.
