Same! I like listening to Dr. Huberman's podcast in which he advocates sunlight viewing in the first 30 minutes after waking and delaying caffeine intake by 90-120 minutes. Now, first thing in the morning I go outside and take a walk, have breakfast and indeed after 90-ish minutes I take my coffee. This has helped me a lot having more energy throughout the day!
I’m a definite advocate of this.
First thing I do in the morning is get 5 mins of daylight on my eyeballs. Then, drink a pint of water.
Next, some exercise. I alternate between a walk or run. Or a light jog.
Then, about 9 am I’ll have breakfast and a coffee. This delays breakfast and the caffeine.

I'm obviously a huge fan of Huberman's podcast. It's where I got the inspiration for this post. Thanks for sharing Olivier!
Sounds like a great morning routine Martin, thanks for sharing!
