Most people start the new year with lofty goals around eating healthier and exercising more because they want to look good (been there, done that). Yet, accomplishing these goals works much better by holistically optimizing the three pillars of physical health.
Getting over cheat days is real and I wish more people realized that. When you have cheat days, it roughly means that the “cheat days” are a break from work, i.e. the “health days.” The problem is that when you treat a healthy routine as a chore rather than a lifestyle, there won't be any improvements. Skipping my cheat days has been the best thing I've done and great advice for anyone else looking to follow a healthy lifestyle :)

I couldn't agree more. Thanks for sharing!
Nice writeup, Christian. I especially like the 10 brain foods. I need to make sure to get more of them :)
Glad you found it useful, Dennis!
