Great ideas. For me I found out, that it is essential to do something manually in nature after you woke up. For now it is watering the garden. Walk barefoot through the wet lawn. Breath fresh air and look at the plant growing. Than starting the day.

My time schedule in the morning is: wake up, drink 0,3 l cold water, prepare breakfast and myself, drink another 0,3 l water in this time, have a cup of tea during my breakfast. 2 h after getting up, I drink a double espresso with a small shot of milk.

Thanks for sharing. What are your thoughts on drinking green or black tee too early in the morning as opposed to caffeine?

Thanks Josef! Both black and green tea contain caffeine. That being said, the latter contains much less of it and is fine early in the morning.
