I think the option to skip dinner is also working well for many people. Listening to what my unique body is telling me, this is the best option for me as I'm basically not hungry after 4 PM and really enjoy breakfast and lunch the most.

100%, Tatjana. There's really a lot of individual variability around this, which depends on a number of things. This includes one's chronotype, which will be covered in future posts.

Reading this right before lunch now, had a workout this morning and been fasting since dinner last night. Time to go get some water! :)
